Why does this website exist?

This website exists for one sole purpose, which is to provide deals on many different essential products/items for a modern life without the fluffy marketing bullshit that other sites hide behind fake reviews and shoving a sponsored product that they get paid commissions for down your throat. We aim to bring you a research and review based introduction to the product.

Do we get paid for endorsing products?

Short answer: Yes. Longer answer: We occasionally sponsor an affiliate product to help with the expenses of running the website and the salaries of the employees who work for us.

Why are some of the pages under construction, or partially finished?

As 90% of our employees are currently in college, many of our employees have little time to work with us on improving the website. Our employees get paid based on their work to this website weekly, so check back weekly for new content.

Are there giveaways (Tech, Giftcards)?

Yes, there are giveaways every 2 months.(January,March,May,July,September,November). Prize winners will be announced in our blog with the gift cards being sent to their email/paypal.

How do I enter the giveaways?

You can enter the giveaways in two methods, purchasing a sponsored product through our coupon code link and entering your email on the order-form (The coupon link allows us to obtain your email through the product in order to enter you in the giveaway). Or you can signup for our email list to notify you of any new products that we have found for you.

What is the Donate page for?

Here at Modern Essentials & Items, we believe that helping others comes before all other things in life. So we make it our mission to help others who may have dreams that might be a little bit out of reach for them financially. How do we find these people? We don’t. You do. Email our CFO at dylangregorytorrance@icloud.com. The donation page will have only 2 people or causes up at a time to simplify things.
